Yasmani Grandal Jersey Limited
Getting a Yasmani Grandal jersey limited is an excellent way to support your favorite baseball player. With this limited edition jersey, you can get your hands on a piece of his history and his legacy. This special jersey also gives you the chance to support a young leukemia survivor, which is a very important cause.
Catching strikes
Despite all the gloom and doom over Yasmani Grandal’s knee, he isn’t done. He plans to fly out to catchers camp in Arizona with Mosquera in a week’s time, and is working to establish a coaching buy-in this offseason.
While Yasmani Grandal is a polarizing figure in baseball, he has shown some real strengths that should give him a chance to make teams pay attention. His pitch framing is a strength that should catch the eye of any team.
Yasmani Grandal has been consistently good at framing pitches, ranking in the top two of the catcher league in the last two seasons. The White Sox catcher has been among the best in the game in this regard, and his performance should be a highlight for the team.
Running the bases
Seeing as how he lives in Chicago during the winter and spends a fair amount of time in the desert, you’ll be hard pressed to find Yasmani Grandal oozing on your porch. This is a shame, as the catcher is a true renaissance man. He has been around since the late ’90s, and has been a fan favorite ever since. He has played in the major leagues, albeit at different incarnations. His most recent stint was with the Miami Marlins, and he still holds the team record for wins in the American Association. He has also made a few cameos on the mound in the past, including a flurry of appearances in the postseason. He has also managed to garner the envious praise of teammates such as Matt Kemp, Alex Rodriguez and Josh Hamilton. He has been named to the MLB All-Star Game and has earned the oh-so-coveted position on the Dodgers’ Opening Day roster.
Hosting a young leukemia survivor
Earlier this year, Los Angeles Dodgers catcher Yasmani Grandal partnered with Athletes Brand to design a special limited-edition T-shirt to benefit the Leukemia & Lymphoma Society. The shirt was sold in a campaign that raised more than $2,000 during a two-week period. It features a catcher’s stance and county lines that represent the lymphatic system in the state of California. In addition, the t-shirt also contains a “Fight” wristband. The goal is to raise awareness about the blood cancers and increase donations to support Leukemia & Lymphoma’s efforts to cure blood cancers.
According to Leukemia & Lymphoma’s statistics, approximately 1.29 million Americans are living with cancers of the blood. This number includes 1.2 million who live with leukemia and another 1.2 million who live with lymphoma. The mission of the Leukemia & Lymphoma’s Society is to cure blood cancers and improve the quality of life for patients and families affected by the disease.
